OWC (Other World Computing) is a US-based manufacturer of storage, memory, and expansion products for Mac users. Their primary demographic are creative professionals in film, art, design and content creation. Throughout my career with them, I’ve taken lead on many product launches. Multiple deliverables are requested throughout the launch including photography, packaging, spec sheets, emails, banner ads, PDPs, and print ads.

PACKAGING & QUICK START GUIDE
The packaging and quick start guide art files were the first files requested by the vendor for a new product launch. Due to OWC’s environmental awareness, the packaging is made of FSC cardboard and the quick start guide was reduced from a multi-page guide to a single page to save paper. We also offered a digital version available on the OWC website. The full-length assembly instructions are only available online.

RESELLER EMAIL TEMPLATE
The reseller email template is another tool we provided to our resellers. We package the email template with a blank HTML wrapper that the resellers can replace with their own framework. The resellers can then send the email to their customers announcing our new products but with attention to our branding requirements. The design is a clean and simplified version of the product specification sheet, without the technical depth.
